Congress insulted PV: Modi

BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Tuesday, said that these elections are extremely crucial for the people of Telangana.
Addressing the public in Nizamabad on Tuesday, he said, "You had witnessed several elections in the past. These elections play a key role in the development of Telangana."

He called upon the people there to decide which kind of government at centre was beneficial for them.

"Telangana was realised on the sacrifice of many people. No one 'gave' Telangana," commented Modi.

"Former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi should be blamed for the insult meted out to Anjaiah, a Dalit from Telangana region. The party also insulted another former prime minister P.V.Narasimha Rao in several ways." said the leader.

He said, "Lal Bahadur Sastri took the slogan "Jai Jawan,  Jai Kisan'. But, the slogan of Congress party is "Maro Kisan, Maro Jawan."
He asked the voters there to vote for BJP for the development of Telangana.

"Pawan Kalyan met me in Gujarat. He won my heart. The star has the capability of protecting the culture of Telugu people," said Modi.
